DA schedule posted

Hi all,

For anyone that did not get the word the Cinci PDX at Bluegrass, scheduled for 5/16 and 17, has been cancelled. Currently there are no plans to reschedule. Work on the track continues and they are looking forward to a full season culminating in their first pro race, the finale of the new Trans Am series. Ronda and I have put together our proposed schedules for the season. As you know I am the flag chief for many of the events in Western Michigan and she at many at Mid-Ohio so our travel schedules are necessarily limited more than either of us would like but we will be around to answer your questions and talk up the specialty and the division.

Verne's schedule:
5/1-3, flagchief for the VSCDA Spring Brake at GingerMan (part of WMR's official schedule)
5/23-24, flagchief for WMR double regional at Grattan (and Verne's 60th birthday)
6/27-28, maybe for the WHRRI race 3
7/11-12, flagchief for SBR&WMR national at GingerMan
8/1-2, worker at the Cinci regional&PDX at Mid-O
8/8-9, flagchief for the WMR/SBR national at Grattan
8/14-16, flagchief for the VSCDA Au Grattan
9/12-13, worker at the WOR regional at Bluegrass
9/22-27, communicator or section chief at the Runoffs, Road America

Ronda's schedule:
Apart from the many Mid-O events that Ronda is flagchief for, her current plans include:
5/2, maybe for Indy regional at ORP
5/9-10, worker at WHRRI race 1
7/4-5, worker at NEO/Det national at Nelson
9/12-13, worker at the WOR regional at Bluegrass
9/24-27, worker at the Runoffs, Road America

For both of us these dates are only as solid as work and family issues allow. If you have a request that one of us attend a date not on this schedule let us know. As you can see we both anticipate "showing the colors" at events that are not SCCA events but with clubs which have close relationships with SCCA and with which we share a common worker base. Many of the events Ronda is responsible for at Mid-O are also outside the SCCA club schedule.

Don't forget to contact Bryan Deane and attend the first race in the division, the Indy region combined national/regional event at ORP on May 2 and 3. Pre register and get your pick of co-workers or corners (first come-first serve)
