2010 GLD Schedule

It's been about a month since the GLD Roundtable meeting. Is there a reason the 2010 race schedule has not been posted (even if tenative)? Drivers, workers and other divisions are wanting to plan for next season.

Busy schedule for 2010. I have a question about several events that are listed as restricted regionals but at the same time GLD Championship events. Is this correct?

Restricted Regionals

Racer Bill,

Yes, there are several restricted regionals in 2010 that are eligible to be part of the GLD Regional Championship Series. The RCS Committee discussed this topic at the Roundtable Meeting and decided to allow restricted regional events to be part of the series if the hosting region requested inclusion. I believe all events have expressed positive inclusion. This means that some classes will have more events than others, but within each class, everyone will have the same number of events. The RCS Committee is continuing to discuss the maximum number of events that will count and the minimum number required for being awarded a trophy. This will most likely be decided/announced at the GLD Spring Training Seminar in March (no firm schedule yet).
